    Sample – Lesson 3- Plan Phase
    3.1 Work Breakdown, Products and Milestones:
    List the project task and, if possible at this stage include the sub-tasks. For each task add the product that will be created and indicate it will be a milestone.

    (student groups)- Eight groups with six to seven members and each member to become a task manager of the group in rotation.

    Every second day there will be a 20 minutes class conference to discuss progress, successes and challenges.
    A checkpoint meeting for each team will be held for 10 minutes twice after the fourth day. .

    3.8 Assessment plan:
    Describe the balanced assessment plan for the project. List products that will be assessed during the project. List rubrics that need to be created before project launch.
    A uthentic assessment will include: the concept mapping, , results, videos and informatin presenting.
    Formative assessment will primarily focus on the artefacts created by the students during the project. Special attention will be paid to survey prototypes, learning journals and presentation outlines.
    Summative assessments will be performed on the reslts,presentation on the importance of of knowing the concept of gender inequality and it can be removed by educating the people through awareness programmes, skit , posters etc. Rubrics prepared: results rubric, mapping rubric, poster rubrics presentations rubric, grading rubric.

    1 The project will be launched in the class- ( Socia lScience period) by our Esteemed Vice Principal Mrs Philomena Machery.
    2 The Teacher will brief the students abut PBL and the essence f the current project taken for the students f class VIIA.

    The Manage Phase

    (7.1)Process Management
    .
    1 Planning- selecting groups, based on the principle of heterogeneity, each member will work as a task managers.
    2 Project launch- as per the schedule on 8t August 2016.
    3 Monitoring - at the student level by the peer group and the teacher at various stages of the project till culmination of the project

    (7.2)Student Preparation:
    .
    1Class meetings, availing facilities in school and at home group formation, task managers.
    2 Task management, information/reprts/ concept mapping / poster making and need t present the project at the stipulated time and to know the marking criteria for grading and Assessment.
